In today’s busy world, it is hard to keep up with every trend, especially those having to do with health and wellness. It’s hard to know which one you can trust.
From “vegan” to “clean eating,” how does the average person know the best way to lead a healthy lifestyle? Are these just trends that will quickly pass or are they truly helping people?
Ashley Flores is a health and nutrition coach out of Social Circle, Georgia. Flores describes her eating habits as holistic and clean. She teaches her clients how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
“Balance is the most important thing when choosing a healthier lifestyle. You can’t be perfect all the time, and you have to do the best you can for you,” said Ashley Flores.
Ashley Flores teaches fitness classes twice a week and consults with her clients daily. Ashley Flores even recruited her sister-in-law, Amber Flores, to join her class. She has already seen amazing results.
“Choosing better foods while staying active has truly changed my life. I have more energy and I just feel better,” Amber Flores.
Ashley Flores is very committed to her clients, but her main priority would have to be her 14-month-old daughter, Olive. Flores has fed Olive a vegan diet since she was born.
“Olive is such a good, healthy and happy baby and I believe her diet is a big reason for that. Even though she has never had any dairy or meat, she is completely healthy and gets all her daily nutrition,” said Ashley Flores.
Ashley Flores says that her clients’ main concern is the price of healthy eating and buying organic.
“Most people are worried about the cost, but in our family, we budget to fit eating this way. Maybe I won’t get a new pair of shoes this week, but I know my family is eating food that is good for them,” said Ashley Flores.
